"I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. My roommate found a fake eyelash clump in her bed, hotel was generally run down, the hotel shampoo and soap smelled not great. I asked for extra hangers and extra towels. Never got the hangers and had to go back to ask for towels again. It was all okay, but not going to return to this hotel. "

"Bad: The room needed repairs. Broken countertop by the sink and window frame was scratched and faded. Sheets had stains, we had to ask for new ones to make the bed ourselves. We couldn’t get the internet to work. Front desk reset it and it worked but found out we couldn’t log in to any apps, even though they showed Netflix, Paramount and Hallmark channel on the TV when you turned it on. "The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet."
