"Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. "Our stay was brief, but we were welcomed when we arrived late and the night manager was very helpful when I appeared shortly after, seeking water and a toothbrush! The hotel common areas and our room were VERY clean, the bed and pillows VERY comfortable. My only recommendations are 1) the AC unit fan was noisy, but close enough to white noise for us, and the shower-head & spout had seen better days, and could be replaced, but it was sufficient. "My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance."

Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. After the first two uses, the coded room key-card didn't work and the lady at the front desk said she would let us in, but to get a new key we had to wait until that afternoon when her brother came in.
