"Room was clean and comfortable. Bed comfortable. My only complaint are the dispensers for soap, shampoo and lotion. A few needed to be refilled. But the squeeze for me was problematic. I have bad arthritis in my hands and found squeezing the tubes difficult."

"This is an older hotel but has charm. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the area the hotel is located in too. My only complaint would be that the staff at the door and at check in were not very welcoming. They gave off a very aloof attitude."

"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but very clean. And it had everything you would need for a weekend in NYC. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again."
