"Overall the stay was pleasant. The cottages are well maintained. This property is still developing so there was active construction. It listed some amenities that were not yet available and some that were only available through a weekend stay which we did not have with a Sunday-Tuesday booking. I would rate the experience as nice would return after the construction is more complete."

Clean but a bit noisy but then again it is a beach town and it was the weekend! "AC was not working we changed the room than too the AC did not work properly. Washrooms were choked it was terrible to stay with family Breakfast was below average even bagels and bread were not available we reminded the staff couple of times"

"Our room was lovely however it was on the second floor of the building with no elevator. There were 14 steep steps that had to be climbed. My husband (84) had trouble doing this. We were not notified of the steps when we made our reservations. When I asked for a different room, I was told they were all filled. Restaurant: Food good but expensive and took a long time to arrive. More stairs to get to the dining room. To use the elevator one needed to pass through the kitchen. Beach: Wall...
