"Bed was soso, pillows need upgrading. Bugs in the room crawling in bathroom area. Non-smoking room had ashtray and smelled like smoke."

"Staff were very unfriendly. The only person that smiled was the front desk manager. HVAC was broken in our room and we froze ALL night. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was old reheated wings. Horrible experience for such an “upscale name” and price. "

"Carpet looks like it was never cleaned and not sure why they ask at the front desk a 50 dollar deposit,if the condition of the room looks already with minor damages."

"Breakfast seemed stale. The fruit was brown. The breads/pastries were stale. We stayed 3 nights but only had breakfast on the first day because of the quality of the food. Washroom shower had no pressure at all. The rooms were clean but the tea/ coffee wasn’t refilled when we checked in."

"The property needs to be updated and refreshed. I found a stink bug in the room. The patio door was broken. The room smelled musty. I also do not like that you have to join Marriott Bonvy in order to access free WiFi. Most places offer free WiFi while staying at their hotel."
