"Check in and check out was a disaster! I used Expedia! The price they gave me was 285.00 when I checked in they charged 336.00 lady would give no explanation! When I checked out the guy couldn’t or wouldn’t print a receipt saying I would get on from Expedia. When I got home Holiday Inn charged the 336.00 to my credit card! What in the world is happening"

"The front desk staff treated me as though I were an inconvenience. There were no smiles, and the interaction felt like I was asking for a favor rather than receiving basic customer service. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had at any hotel. My flight was canceled enroute after paying for two nights. I got to the hotel the next day and was told that I have been charged and yet marked as no show. Despite all my explanation, the guy was angrily giving me options likd take it or leave...

"The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. The employee who checked us out was by herself and kept answering phone calls instead of putting them on hold to let us check out. Our room smelled like a wet dog. We were too exhausted from driving hours to get there that we just sucked it up for the night, and I sprayed my Lysol spray. My daughter found 2 empty water bottles under the bed which makes me wonder how clean the room actually was."
