Easy check in, very clean facility, room was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Very vintage and modern feel. Will absolutely stay again.

Our room was clean and welcoming. I love the Glided Age decor. Seger house is beautifully constructed... hardwood floor, woodwork, mantles and fireplaces in the room. Location, location, location...Just a block from the Diamond in the town of Ligonier . Restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as Fort Ligonier.

There was no staff. Our keys were in a mail box, back door entrance was open all night, and very creepy! There was no breakfast, just coffee and tea (I might have assumed it was a bed and breakfast, so that could be on me). However, most places like this are bed and breakfasts! We were the only guests and our room was on the 3rd floor in the attic! The worst part was unlocked back door all night and no staff.

Overall, it was a great stay. HOTELS.COM lists this place as having breakfast served daily, but that is incorrect. There are also not check in instructions, which would have been helpful, although there are signs posted about calling someone, it just seems like an email could solve some confusion

Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B

Loved it.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Ligonier. So much within walking distance. The wine tasting venue was wonderful. Very clean room.

Our room was small yet had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. This was our second visit to Thistledown; we love the decor and vicinity to the Diamond and shops. Note… this is not a BnB.

We enjoyed our stay. I was disappointed that there was no staff to greet us. It’s basically just an Air B&B except there was no breakfast. However, you can’t beat the location and the town is walkable and affordable. Everyone we met was friendly and talkative.

My husband and I went down to PA for a wedding initially I was a little nervous about getting a room here, but it ended up being amazing. Days before the trip, I’ve contacted the staff and they immediately responded to my calls and helped me out since we were going to be in past check in time. Great area! Please enjoy!

Great place will definitely be there again

Manager stayed around late for us to check in, he was very helpful. Room was clean,comfortable and updated. It would have been nice to have a hot water kettle with the coffee bar for the tea drinkers.

Really neat little place to stay. Each room had its own private bathroom, and there's a little station in the middle of the landing/hallway with a Keurig, some ice water, and some coffee cups and wine glasses available any time. Interesting history to the building too. Plus it's only two or three blocks to the the downtown traffic circle they call the Diamond. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ligonier.
