Amenities, just enough Pleasant staff/front desk Price reasonable Safety - Lots of lights I spent only one night (twice); my overview during the quick exhausted night was really short. Yes, I recommend it if the stay is for a short period of time. The smokers stay too close to the entrances/back doors. I noticed the laundry room looking unclean made me wonder about materials washed... Believe it or not I would return again because of the price."

Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. Upon arriving it felt a bit run down overall. We entered our room on the second floor of the carriage house. It was small but quaint and what we needed. "We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable."

"This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! "

"Milford is a nice town to hang out in with many places to shop, dine and visit historical sites and lovely architecture on every street and John Wallace House is the perfect place to stay. Close to center of town, lovely bedrooms, delicious breakfast included on antique china. Innkeepers lovingly restored this gem of a house. "
