"The location was great If you are going to an event at madison square garden. It's a short walk ,or one stop on the subway to times square. When I arrived , there was a strong odor of marijuana in the lobby. I paid for an upgraded room and got a spacious renovated room with a view of MSG. Parking was around the block. "There is no fridge, no microwave. The rooms were small as described but the room could use maintenance and cleaning. The thermostat did not work at all. I would lower it cause it felt humid and the temp would never drop I had to open the window. The towel heat warmer did not work. The safe never opened either. The good thing is it was located in a convenient location close to time square and lots of food and store options. "
