Upon check in you’re given a document to sign that states that your pet is NOT allowed on the furniture or bedding and if they find ANY fur on either you will be charged an undisclosed cleaning fee. After showing this to my husband we chose not to stay. He went to the desk and asked for a refund of the room and pet fee. He was told that the manager was gone for the day and that she would issue a refund. One week...

"One of our lamps did not work. They said we can see if we can find another one. They never followed through with it. Fridge did not work. There was food left in it and it was dirty. Laundry was broke. There were NO SMOKING signs posted but plenty of smoking going on! It was gross and smelly!!! Staff were not very friendly or helpful"

The set up of the room bed-tv-chairs and table was not user friendly. If you wanted to watch TV in bed you would have to turn the tv towards the bed to get the proper viewing angle.
