"Great stay"

"Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!"

"Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!"

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Overall, we had a nice time. Booked as I had always wanted to stay on the Sunborn and we were going to a concert at the 02 so it was convenient. Room was fine - we booked an executive king river view. Small balcony with chairs but you could only see the river if you stood up. Bathroom basic and lacked touches like shower cap etc. Boat was beautiful with large staircase in centre- stunning. Staff were pleasant and helpful- special call out to Luca on reception. We went for a drink on 5th floor...

"Good location. Clean hotel. Staff awful. Rude and unhelpful. Girl checking us in was very rude and abrupt. Made life very difficult checking in and when I provided the information she sensed along with proof of ID which she demanded, she didn’t even say thank you. Would not return."

"So this is a waterfront hotel modeled after a Pod Hotel. The rooms are basically 20' container size, ergonomically designed to provide as many amenities as possible in a room half the size of my walk in closet. The bed is comfortable, but runs wall to wall to window. THERE IS NO CLOSET, 6 plugs booked into the wall to hang clothes. Pretty awesome for a student, but I was traveling on business at the start of 5 weeks with suits and oxfords to hang. Food or over priced and GE grade (good enough)....

"The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came.
