"PROS: The staff was very kind and polite and seemed genuinely exited to have us there. We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was on the smaller side and had the expected amenities. The shower (no tub) delivered plenty of hot water. The shower had 4 different delivery settings. The AC worked great. "The property was very clean but they were short staffed. It was hard to find a staff member at certain hours of the day. They did not provide turnover service during my stay. My tv was not working. It would turn on but it would stay stuck on the guide channel. I was unable to change channels & unable to watch tv. The free breakfast was decent. The pool stayed open late."

The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was...

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The grounds could use a little TLC. The only negative was the toilet paper. It was the texture and thickness of the tissue paper used inside gift boxes. Overall, I would definitely recommend."

"My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area."
