"The staff were extremely helpful, especially the guy that checked us in. He gave us clear local bus information to get to the O2 and back. Parking was great too, we managed to get a space in the hotel car park. The hotel is modern and clean and pretty much gives you everything you need, including a night cap after we got back from the concert. The area was quiet and we slept well. We would absolutely stay here again 👍😊"

"Clean room, could do with better lighting over a mirror, for women applying make-up. Bathroom lighting no better either. Breakfast was a shambles. There was a barrier stopping you entering the food part, so we all waited patiently. About 10 mins later a member of staff came and moved it for us to go in. Firsty as you walked in, there was no cutlery or plates. But then spotted the plates the other end, so everybody walked down to get them and then started queuing for the hot food. But this was...
