"I stayed at Vertus Edit few times. The location is good and the price is usually reasonable. A couple of points I noticed this time around. There is no air conditioning which was a struggle this time with the warmer weather. The iron available in the room isn’t a steam iron which feels a bit silly. The ironing board was so wobbly that makes it almost impossible to use it."

"We booked a classic room & checked in at 3. Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour and a half so we were given 2 complimentary drinks, then we were upgraded to an executive room. Beautiful room and little balcony which was lovely (dockside). Great breakfast too (free of charge for all). Will definitely be returning"

"It is hard to rate this property because it is brand new and gorgeous with gorgeous views BUT as a new hotel a lot still needs to be sorted: - I stayed for 3 nights, my toilet kept running loudly and they didn't have a maintenance person to fix it so the front desk person tried to fix it but couldn't and eventually gave me another upgraded room (nice). "Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"The room was clean with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board if you needed them. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. A 20 minute walk from O2."

"Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again."
