"I wish we would have known it was being remodeled. It was messy on our floor, and it smelled of construction dust. The kids were anxious to swim but the patio and pool was under construction and wasn’t open. We could use the pool at the hotel next door, but with state track and all the track teams in town we thought it would be very crowded."

"We played 230$ for the room and were told it slept four but it did not so our friends had a king room with a pull out couch so we switched rooms… the pull out couch mattress was completely stained from past use/customers….went to get bedding from the front desk and it was also stained… then the breakfast for paying 230$ thought it would be ok but the eggs tast like rubber… "

"The room was clean. The hot breakfast buffet was just ok. The egg omelets offered the day we were there were overcooked, dark brown & rubbery..they should have been thrown out & made fresh ones. We ended up eating a hard boiled egg instead. The maple flavored kiabasa sausage was also overcooked & the skin was so tough from being overcooked that it was hard to cut it with the plastic knife!"

"They are remodeling so it will be even better in a few months. Pool nor outdoor seating was available right now. Lobby and one half of the rooms are done. Looks good and clean in the new part. Wouldn’t have put carpet in the breakfast eating area but they didn’t ask me. Rooms could use ceiling fans. We will be back next year. Lots of places to eat within walking distance"

"The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. There were also crumbs in the bed maybe indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. The beds were horrible as well as the worn out pillows. The front...

"We have stayed at this location every month since December 2025 (10 times!) All but once we stayed on the second floor (our preference) and all but one of those times we stayed in room 220 or 222. The rooms showed some minor wear and tear but overall were absolutely great which is why we continued to come back to this location. If this had been our first stay we never would have been back. The carpet in the room was so dirty that after walking barefoot on it your feet would feel sticky. And,...

"The supposed continental breakfast was horrible! There was not much to eat or choose!"

"The air conditioning was not working- our room was at 75 degrees and would not cool down. Many people had also complained about this same issue. Luckily we brought a small fan, but I didn’t do much good."
