First of all, Yanni, the receptionist is a beautiful person inside and outside. She was so nice to us. The other hotel staffs are nice too! I like the serene environment. The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast was nice!

Desk staff in were wonderful. Easy check in staff was very professional and helpful. We met up with friends in the lounge and the desk clerk would check on us periodically to ensure our comfort. As stated, she was wonderful.

This Stay Bridge Hotel was a breath of fresh air. It is a bit older but extremely well kept up, clean, some nice extras and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean and well equipped rooms. Good breakfast bar. Only bad experience was I had to wait at unmanned front counter for 10-15 minutes when I arrived before someone showed up - though it was just past midnight so only a skeleton crew. Overall a good experience and would stay there again.

The front desk check in clerk was amazing. He told us about everything and was extremely helpful and welcoming. There was a wide range of breakfast items but they weren’t the greatest quality. However, the coffee and drink selection made up for it! This hotel is in an amazing area of Wichita and surrounded by places to eat, shop and hang out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again!

We only stayed for one night but the staff was friendly, the hotel offers happy hour, and the property was clean. However, the hotel charges a 75 pet fee. We were there for about 13 hours. We booked through Expedia and were not aware of the pet fee. We travel with our dog frequently and have never had a pet fee this high. We will not stay again.

Wonderful weekend stay

Was meeting friends at hotel. Check in was very easy. Desk staff was very polite and helpful, making us feel welcomed and comfortable.The room was clean and comfortable. Rate was reasonable. The facility was well maintained and clean. Our group met in the public meeting area which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was good and offered ample choices. Overall, this hotel was very nice. I can see our group returning in the future. I m sure others will be just as satisfied as we were.

The property is older. Needs some updating (furniture/decor) The breakfast was good when it was replenished. The weekend we were there, there were lots of people so the breakfast was depleted quickly. The room was nice. Not as clean as I'd like - Found a long blonde hair on the bed. Also, my son found atuff under the bed - papertowel & a bug.
