"Breakfast was very poor quality. Options were yogurt, toast, bagels, plain oats, cereal and watered down milk. The juice machine was just water with a very bad juice flavor. Everything had an off flavor to it as well, even the coffee.
The shuttle was very nice! Had a very bad night at the airport and was still able to call for one at 2am. During the day it came every 30 minutes and scheduling a pickup was easy and only took a few seconds.
Our room itself was clean, but the beds werent made....

"Parking and location were great for our needs, the room and the hotel were clean. Staff was a little elusive at the front desk. The breakfast was okay. Our room had a very slow draining bathroom sink and missing furniture. Where the chair and footstool are in the pictures, there was just a big, empty space, which was kind of odd. One of the window blinds couldn't be put all the way down because the string thing was missing. There is no restaurant selection in the vicinity, it's all chain...

"I called three times to confirm early check-in and got the virtual assistant and when transferred it said service provider is no longer available.
