"Had a very good hotel stay, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and was keot up eith every morning. Its close to subway stops straight into Brooklyn centre or Manhattan
The only issue we had was not having many options for breakfast left after 9.30am as once the food finished they wouldn't top it up. Also no toilet brush in the bathroom was an issue for my partner 😅"

"Booked with them back in February. Blizzard happened, airport was shut down so my whole trip ended up getting canceled. They refused to give me a refund and told me to dispute it with my bank as it was an emergency weather shut down. My dispute got denied. Than I was just charged a second time. Would never book with them again. What a joke."

"Clean room. Great option for solo travellers. They provide the bare minimum for amenities (bed, pillow, one blanket, one top sheet, a small clip on fan, a reading light, locker for luggage). It is essentially a dorm room set up with bunk beds. Privacy is a concern due to only a half curtain. There are no curtains on the windows. Carry a pair of slippers."

"Property was in a desent location about 10 min walk to times square & the port authority bus terminal, service was good rooms were very small but it was expected, the view from the room was okay.
