"Wasn’t clean and wasn’t properly refilled for my stay."

"The property is your typical cheap motel with low quality fixtures, bedding, towels, paint job, etc. We actually had water leaking from the light above the toilet and when I called the front desk they looked into it immediately. It's a dog friendly hotel but there wasn't really a dog potty area or even a grassy area. Not really in a safe area. Homeless woman with mental health issues was topless and having an episode in the parking lot and that didn't feel safe. Room was fairly spacious and...

"I was pleasantly surprised. For the price the hotel and amenities were good. The hot breakfast was good. The landscaping could use some attention. What stood out the most was the staff. Almost every one of them that I encountered were wonderful. They all acted like they enjoyed working there. The housekeeping staff and daytime front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was exceptional. She offered to heat up more gravy for us just minutes before breakfast service was done....

"Cozy hidden nooks, fabulous gardens, surprise out buildings, comfy porches, and a relaxing soaking pool on a well preserved historical property make this a fun getaway. Fluffy robes provided to use going to and from the pool are a nice touch."

"Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays."
