"Every thing staff was nice"

"The property is unique and we enjoyed the grounds. The customer interface from staff could use some work. Waiting at the front desk while employees complain about guests is a turn off. Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best" If it were my property, I would ask my staff to contain their...

"Room is clean and renovated. Breakfast is excellent containing hot meals (sausage, omelette, bacon), warm cinnamon rolls, and much more. Location is very convenient for visiting Columbia River Gorge."

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"Uninhabitable room due to a strong mildew odor. We attempted to stay for an hour to see if the air conditioning or an open window would help, but the smell was overwhelming. The front desk's lack of concern was the most disappointing part; they simply said 'ok' when we explained why we were leaving. Very poor service and room quality."

"Stuff made us feel unwelcome. The booking offered breakfast. They don’t have breakfast. They give us a Boucher to o the restaurant next door. 15 dollars. Bad smell like old. Does not look like the pictures. Terrible experience."

"Way too old of a property to demand such a high nightly rate. The flooring had 1” gaps between a couple of boards. Smelled a bit musty"

"Very helpful staff at all hours! Nice hot breakfast. Great variety of things to eat. Parking was easy, you just had to leave an overnight ticket in the car to make sure it was accounted for that it could be on the premises. Very glad the airport shuttle was available. And I loved the available water and coffee station at the front of the hotel, so convenient! I’d be happy to come back to this hotel!"
