"There was hair in our bathroom when we walked in. Several strands on the floor, in the bathtub and on our towels. Also, the water turned off in the middle of the night and no one informed us of any scheduled off time during check in. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"I waited awhile to write this review to see if they would ever call me back. We stayed there for a conference. We went to bed late. Midnightish, but had to wake up at 5am. About 2am we were woken up by a very load knocking sound on our wall. We were at the end of the hall, so there were no rooms beyond ours. "Great location and staff fantastic "

"The staff at the hotel are really nice and professional. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good walkable location to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean, but a little bit worn out and tired. Soundproofing was not great and there is major construction across the road that woke me up early every morning. "
