"Two persons at the front desk were not helpful at all. An elder person that I always saw working at nights always had this grudge on his fac. One day I approached him to ask a question and heused vey rude gestures to tell me to wait, to the point that I had to tell him to relax. We asked them to light up a corner of the restaurant because we needed to film a short piece of around 30 minutes and another member of the staff, a young one, told us "just 15 minutes, by the clock", also in a very...

"The hotel is old fashioned. We were assigned a room with a view and a tub. It's a death trap for older people. We were moved reluctantly to a room with a shower on the 1st floor with no view.
The rooms lack technological amenities. No charging outlets, minimal number of electrical switches. No outlets by the bed.
The bathroom shower gel and other soaps are located far away from the sink. The number of towels is minimal and they are very thin.

"Clean room, good Wi-Fi, excellent staff, very helpful overall. They were nice to keep our luggage, good news from Roof top bar. We enjoyed coffee there. There is a mall nearby, which is very nice. A lot of food choices. Good vibe, seems like it was a power plant before which has been converted to the mall with food, places, and shopping. All very good overall. Would love to stay again. Food hall has been rated one of the top six interesting food halls in Europe. On Friday evening and weekend...
