"Staffs"

"Nice location good for tram and buses to get around.Very close to all museums.Staff very pleasant and polite. Bedroom was in the basement which I hadnt realised so not the nicest view. Had a problem with the heating the first night it was exceptionally cold. Staff rectified it the following morning. Tv only worked on the last night due to server problems and had limited english channels. We weren't aware of a downstairs lounge area until leaving and that there were an array of eating places etc closeby in Leidseplein. More information from the hotel at check in would have been helpful but overall the hotel was value for money."

"This is a good value for money property in an excellent location. There's a small bar in the lobby which is quite cool (but could be even better with a better drinks selection). Would stay here again."

"The hotel is nice and staff was friendly. We had a few hiccups during our stay and I think there is major improvements to be made - we asked for a cot for our baby and it was broken and unsafe for our baby to sleep in. We got a new cot the next day which was in good condition but very dusty. We stayed in a room with bunk beds and found out that it was very dusty and dirty behind the bed. Coffee in the room was not replenished every day. We asked for baby items to be left in the room before arrival and had to chase to get those items in the rooms. Overall good stay because the bedroom was comfortable and the location was convenient but need to improve the housekeeping. "

"The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there. The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt for body rubs. They even had ice for use in the sauna, which was a delightful treat after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining was equally good. However, it seemed that everyone except the manager was unfamiliar with the hotel’s facilities and services. It appeared that they were relatively new to the industry."
