"Persistent heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room for both nights which did not clear even after ventilating. We woke up with dry/sore throats. We reported the issue during the stay to staff member Rosalina, who acknowledged it and provided free parking as a goodwill gesture, but the problem remained unresolved. "I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."
