"The staff and location are excellent. Our only issue was the room. There was a very musty smell to it when we arrived. I called housekeeping to ask if they could change our sheets in the morning as they smelled so bad. They offered to do it immediately but we were fine waiting. They cleaned and it really helped. But the room itself smelled like water had been sitting. Other than this, the breakfast, location staff and amenities were excellent."

"The hotel was very nice and convenient to the beach. However.., the beaches were NOT GOOD..!! Very disappointing compared to just 3 years ago. Two looked like refugee camps and the entrance to the driftwood beach had stacks of busted concrete and so much trash. Water was the worst I’ve ever seen."

"A very nice stay overall. Towels at the pool-site would be helpful; instead we needed to take them from our room. Having chairs for the beach would be nice for those of us who have a rather difficult time getting up off the sand. Food at the "24" restaurant is quite good but the service is just so-so. Still, a very good hotel in a beautiful place!"
