Me dieron una habitación húmeda, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el teléfono estaba roto, sucia etc… al quererme cambiar el personal me dijo que no se podía y que no tenían una sola habitación yo vi que el hotel estaba casi vacío, si pudiera le pondría menos pero no se puede, horrible, terrible la atención

Es un hotel excelente con habitaciones muy amplias y comodas. El sevicio en recepcion fue excelente. Desafortunadamente vivimos la experiencia mas desagradable de mi vida al haber entrado al Restaurante. Eran 15 minutos antes de las 12 de la tarde y nos ofrecieron el buffet con opcion a platillos a la plancha. Al servirnos el plato del buffet, el personal de cocina recogió todas las charolas sin darnos opcion a tomar algo mas. Y lo peor fue que querian cobrarme mas caro que el valor del buffet y aun vivir un drama con la mesera que nos atendió. Tuvimos que pedir ayuda a la encargada de recepcion para zanjar la situacion. La peor experiencia en mi vida derivada de una actitud ventajosa y grosera del personal del restaurante. Es una lastima, pues empaña el buen servicio del Hitel.

Todo excelente, el servicio muy bueno, la habitación muy limpia, la atención tanto en restaurant como en el hospedaje muy bueno, solo le hace falta mantenimiento en el baño, la regadera está en muy malas condiciones cae un solo chorro de agua ya hace complicado tomar un baño, la tasa de baño tiene fuga, de lo demás todo bien
