Muy buena ubicación para recorrer el Centro Histórico caminando. Excelente descanso, buena presión de agua y ambiente elegante. Muy recomendable."

"No me parece un hotel de 5 estrellas, no cuenta con estacionamiento, es aparte y el costo es elevado, no cuentan con fitness center y mencionan que si, en ocasiones les parece tedioso dar el servicio tanto en restaurante como personal de limpieza, para considerarse un hotel de 5 estrellas el servicio tiene que ser excelente Habitaciones pequeñas"

"Our room was large and comfortable. We had a choice of a hot breakfast, in addition to the fruit plate, which was always beautifully presented and delivered with a smile. The staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Cristina who helped us arrange our plans for the next day. Easy walk to the Zocolo and other sites. "

"Excellent stay for 4 nights (with my husband and daughter). Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean rooms, access to rooftop deck for sunset and morning views of Volcano Popocopetl. Nice to have fitness room, but it could use a couple of mats and a few more weights and some other bands/balls/etc. one machine was not operating when plugged in but I was able to use it without power. Filtered hot and cold water was available in the lobby. Nice stay !"

"La ubicación no es tan céntrica, o sea está en la colonias que están pegadas al centro. La propiedad es antigua y tiene en la terraza un restaurante que se escucha todo aunque cierre a las 10pm el restaurante, es incómodo el ruido para los huéspedes del hotel."

La ubicación es buena pero alrededor hay zonas no tan bonitas y se sienten hasta peligrosas al ir caminando al centro, por que está la parada del transporte público. Podrían cuidar un poco más la limpieza diaria de los cuartos ya que dejaron platos y tazas sucias, polvo en el suelo. En general es muy buen hotel."
