"Staff were friendly, check-in/out went smoothly. The room was smaller than I expected but the size was stated on the listing and it was clean and had all the basics required. However, it was quite noisy, the door to the outside had a gap at the bottom which let noise in from the outside - usually people talking or machinery being used outside peak sunlight hours. I could also hear loud water noises from the wall shared with one of the neighbouring rooms whenever one they turned their tap on....

"Rooms were clean, breakfast was a good variety, Bar staff not very friendly, also was having an argument with another staff member. Staff not very helpful. Didn't feel like they wanted tourist."

"Staff were very welcoming and friendly even before we arrived. The place was easy to find as well as parking lot across the hotel. Perfect location very near to the beach and walking areas. The hotel is older but well maintained with unique design and decor. We asked if they had the World Cup games available to watch and quickly provided us the space to watch including ability to order dinner from the restaurant in advance while we watched the game (Yay! "I asked for a high-rise room but did not get one.The room provided was an adjoining room with someone in it.So I got all their noise.I certainly did not ask for that!I have been to this hotel many times but they don't pay attention to guests requests.If I stay there again which I will I will be more demanding."
