"not a new building but owner keeps it clean inside and out. Convenient locations with many food options, Fast food, Japanese cuisine, Thai cuisine, Burger restaurant, etc. Walgreens and gas station. All with in walking distance."

"Both the sink and bathtub were over flowing, did not drain properly. Towels had stains on them. The blankets felt very thin and had a distinctive scent. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm."

"The room had food on the carpets and an old dirty sock in the corner. The bathroom toilet was dirty. There is no daily housekeeping so people leave all their garbage at the cans by the elevators but the smelly garbage sits there for days. The side doors are supposed to be locked at 10:30 but they are not locked. The hallways smell like marijuana all day and night. I could go on and on but just stay somewhere else "
