"The staff was wonderful and the property is beautiful. Be warned though, this is more camping than glamping. The dome tents are cool, but far away from the bathrooms and amenities, and I didn't understand why they are more expensive than more spacious tents. We didn't know there was one master switch to power the tent, and wish the staff would have told us that at check in. We switched from a dome to a double twin tent and had so much more room, but then our heated blankets didn't work.
We were there at the beginning of their season, so there were little things missing. Firewood is an extra cost, and they did not have any available on property, so we had to go to Safeway to purchase it. All of the refrigerators in the lobby that would typically have snacks and drinks were empty. Coffee isn't available until 8am, which is tough for early risers. That first day there was no creamer available. Their social media showcases "having another mimosa" but there is no bar. Literally no food nor drink was available for purchase on property.
If you're concerned about security, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Tents don't "lock" (of course) and anyone could walk onto the property after hours. Bathrooms are communal. Great concept, great staff, beautiful property - but they should make it clear that it's more camp and less glam."
