"Good business hotel in a very convenient location, perfect for both work and city access. The staff were friendly and professional, which made the stay smooth and pleasant. The restaurant serves tasty food, definitely above the usual business-hotel standard. The rooms are spacious but clearly in need of renovation - which, from what I understand, is already planned. Overall, a comfortable stay with strong potential once the refurbishment is completed."

"The place smell very bad. It supposes to be none smoking, but people smoke in their rooms and you can smell it from your room. You can smell the cigarrette from “clean” bathroom towers. "

"Arrived very late, we thought we would struggle to both check in process but instructions given prior were very simple, the apartment was very clean modern tidy, very good location . The bed was comfortable we had a little kitchen and all that’s needed but we didn’t get to use the facility. "

Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just...

"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

Bereits um 5 Uhr in der Früh scheint die Sonne sehr, sehr stark gegen das Fenster. Die Vorhänge sing beige und lassen viel Licht durch. Hier sollte man Jalousien montieren."
