"Did not like room as to small for a double and very noisy as room facing road , also very hot , bathroom had no ventilation .breakfast was half cooked as they were very busy so overall would not stay again in this hotel"

"Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year."

"Lovely spacious apartment. Modern but some of the old building features as well. Nice view out to a courtyard although also used as parking. Great location. 15 -20 minute walk from train station. Shopping centre a few minutes walk and less than 10 minute walk to Phoenix Theatre. The river is close by as well. Would definitely stay here again."

"Location is fantastic only a few minutes walk from city centre. Parking available on site for £10 a night. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was cooked to order and very nice. Bar area had lots of charm. A great place to stay to explore the city. "

"Free Breakfast was really good. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was always available to answer questions. Our room was very comfortable and updated. Clean with daily service. A pub is part of the hotel. It was always full. No noise could be heard upstairs in our room. If you want a feel of old english....stay here. We will stay again when we come back. The price was worth the stay."
