Cari Serviced Apartment di Guimarães

"Nice apartment in a quiet street but close enough to walk to the main areas. Bit of a squeeze for 5 adults but still plenty of plates and cutlery etc. Nice large hot tub for private use and the communal pool area was small but nice for some outside space. Unfortunately a few maintenance issues which have clearly been ongoing for a while with nothing done about them. The main ones being the drip dripping electric hot water tank, towels had been placed underneath to catch the drips but these...

"Very clean, room was as expected. Air conditioning was wonderful. The square right outside our apartment entrance was full of restaurants and very easy walking distance to other areas. Would definitely book again!"

"Wir waren schon mehrfach in dieser Anlage. An der ein oder anderen Stelle merkt man die Jahre, die vergangen sind leider. Die Kommunikation war durchwachsen und das Management bei Mängeln muss definitiv verbessert werden."

"Great location !! Would recommend!"

"Great location nearby to everything. Let us store luggage which was helpful. Bathroom isn't great and the shower head not very clean."

"Loft davvero carino. Forse metterei una protezione tramite pannello di legno alle scale x salire in stanza . Presenti tt i confort . Location in pieno centro storico vicinissima a tt i punti d' attrazione. Colazione buona e abbondante . Gestore premuroso e affidabile. Super consigliato"

"Lovely place, very central too! Staff friendly and accommodating, will definitely be back!"

"The room we chose (Riviera II) was based on the HUGE patio and spa. The room itself was clean and tidy and conveniently located, but parking lots/garages in the local areas were super expensive if you rent a car. (But it’s better than driving in the city!) The location is close to sights, restaurants, and felt very safe. If you plan on renting this room for the spa, make sure it is functional and NOT green before you get there."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The refurbished building is beautiful, the staff was amazing, as was the location. My only issue was that I couldn’t have a peaceful espresso on the balcony in the morning, due to the amount of construction in the neighborhood. Other than that, fantastic !"

"Disappointing Stay – Communication & Maintenance Issues My stay at Uma Formosa Apartments was very frustrating due to poor management and maintenance issues: Check-in Process: I was never sent an entry code prior to arrival. When I called at the building entrance, I was told I had to walk three blocks uphill to the reception desk just to get access. Missing Amenities: Although there were two guests booked, only one bath towel was provided in the apartment.  Room Condition & Maintenance: The...

"Beautifully renovated building with convenient parking. It’s located in a quiet, more residential area but still within walking distance of shops, sites, and restaurants. The reception desk is not located at the actual building so you have to visit that location first to check in but it is only a few blocks away and there is a pool there as well. Great value."
