"Receptionistnya rude sekali pas check in. Saya book 3 kamar dia cuma kasi 1 kamar lalu saya tanya balik dia baru sadar kalau masih kurang 2 kamar. Ga say sorry lagi buat kita sekeluarga tunggu lama di Lobby pas ngelayanin kayak jengkel banget ke kitanya. Receptionistnya cowok pake kacamata. Mohon ditrain ulang. "Was opened in 2016, the renovation is new and modern. Lighting in the room is good. I booked through Expedia but they said I’m the first customer who booked through Expedia and they couldn’t check me in. I need to use their phone to call Expedia in order to fix it. So the hotel upgraded me to deluxe suite. The suite was super big. Bathroom was nice. But the hairdryer was a cheap one and need to keep the button depressed in order to operate. The bed was ok.
