Didn’t make sense so as we were tired paid and upgraded to the HOUSE OF M.G. NO ROOM SERVICE.....breakfast in a restaurant outside,nearly by the road. Service from receptionists,very slow,no bell boys,give an hour if you need anything doing,e.g.checking out,or any other queries. The G.M.has only recently started,so have given her a few...

"1. Bathroom hand washing liquid was leaking but couldn’t fix the issue until I showed them the root cause ( bottle was leaking ) 2. The took the soiled towel but didn’t replenish with new ones on last day while checking out. Could be a silly mistake but didn’t ruin my shower experience for sure! "
