"Where do I start. My husband I waited 28 years for our honeymoon. Booked this through Expedia. Loved the idea for room service! This hotel advertised room service. THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE. I booked a handicap room and was put on the 6th floor. I was never given Emergency Exit information for disabled people and it was not on the door.
Now, the king size bed. My husband and I could feel every spring in the mattress and when sitting on the end of the bed, the top of the bed rose up very high in the air and we went to the floor.
There was plastic on the wall with tape in the hallway and the carpets all need a thorough cleaning! The bathroom was very clean.
Room 615. Check in May 15th and to check out May 18th. I am disabled and the pain in my back was horribly worse and we had to leave! We left May 17th! Our honeymoon was ruined.
I do not recommend this hotel! I told them about the bed and why we were leaving one day early and asked them to get a new mattress so the next person in the handicap room would not experience the pain I was in and my husband was in.
The staff was excellent, that is why I am giving this hotel a one star.
Expedia needs to be up to date on the amenities of the hotels they offer to book.
I should get reimbursed for one day that I could not stay there!"
