"The pool was amazing, the beach was so rasy to walk to and the area is perfect"

"The Gulf view was absolutely amazing, however the rooms need to be updated. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and a ton of children in the hot tub. I'd say this place is better suited for families than couples. Our AC was extremely loud and our cards didn't work when attempting to enter the 2nd building. Which isn't a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience. "

"Pretty good value for the money considering Tampa prices. The front desk was helpful and it was convenient to have the airport shuttle option. Breakfast was good with waffles, juice, several other options. This is an older place I'm definitely nothing too exciting as far as the room goes, but it was pretty clean was nice having him many refrigerator and access to microwave. The walls and doors were quite thin and most of the TV channels are static. What and we could have found a menu channel, because pushing the up channel button took forever. There is a Subway at a gas station open a block away 24 hours a day."

"Breakfast and bar are nice but pricey. Surrounding area offers tons of restaurants and shopping and the private beach is only a 5-minute walk. We stay here every time we visit Miramar 5-6 times a year. Overall for location and price, you can’t beat it!!"

"This was one of the worst places ever. For starters, the front desk clerk tried to deny my granddaughter‘s service pet by saying that people with PTSD/anxiety do not need service dogs they have emotional support animals when in fact that is far from the truth. She told me that I would need to find another place for the animal to stay. I went outside and told my granddaughter what was said and my granddaughter became hysterical. Thankfully, her dog was there to calm her down. I called the office and spoke to the front desk, clerk again and told her that the dog was in fact, a service dog and should not be denied access to the property. I also told her that my granddaughter became hysterical when I told her the dog couldn’t stay. The woman then stated that she would alert everybody that the dog is a service dog, but never once apologized for denying the dog in the first place or for causing my granddaughter to have a breakdown. Then, at about 1:30 in the morning, my phone rings. I woke up from the phone ringing, but did not answer it because I didn’t want to wake my granddaughter or my husband up so I let it go to voicemail. Next, comes a text stating that a dog was found and they wanted to know if it was my dog. It’s a trained service dog, so why would they call me or text me in the middle of the night to ask me if that dog belonged to me? The place was equivalent to a Days Inn. A motel, not a resort or a hotel. It was also dirty and smelled musty. I checked out after 1 day"

"It is a noisy location with muted music well into the night, but that is due to the location itself. Room was large, clean and staff was friendly. Elevators did stop working once but seemed to be quickly fixed. Water station doesn't offer just plain water - so we didn't use it. Was just okay - we didn't have the problems some others have reported. "
