"The room wasn’t ready at 4pm as advertised - had to wait an additional 1.5 hour before getting into hot room where the refrigerator didn’t work and water dripped from the bathroom ceiling the entire time. Obviously under staffed. The kicker was the mandatory hidden daily room fee that was not part of the original Expedia offer… buyer be ware"

"Staff were super welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, but slightly dark as there wasn’t an overhead light (loads of lamps provided in the room though). Breakfast was amazing and the discounts to external excursions was super helpful!"

"This was a beautiful apartment complex , quiet and clean. The only disappointing part was that I stayed here on the weekend. I specifically stayed here for the pool and I was told at check in the pool was closed for the weekend. This was not posted or made aware of before or after booking. I had to purchase a day pass at another location. Could not connect to the wI-fi and my TV did not work properly so I couldn’t even watch tv either. If you book here I would call before your stay to make sure...
