6/10 Okay

"Hotel located in the heart of the French Quarter which is the main reason to stay here. We booked a pool access room. Beware as guests party by the pool until late so very noisy. The bedroom was very dark. The bathroom shower was very narrow. Towels were not big enough. Soap cheap and impossible to get a lather. Staff unhelpful, and reluctant to engage. Not one staff member smiled the whole 4 days."

"The hotel is very dated. From the minute you get into the hotel which is very old and not clean to the minute you enter your room which is a huge disappointment especially for the price the rooms are. Our shower floor was dingy and all stained which is gross. The toilet paper did not have a holder. The furniture is old as well. I would never stay at a Hilton again based on their standards."

"Only place we stay when in Pensacola. Perfect location if you want to be close to everything but not be close to everything. Never have to worry about beach space, views from both gulf side rooms are amazing! Food at the Windrose restaurant in the hotel was a very pleasant surprise, very delicious and well portioned. Can't say enough about this property!"
