"The hotel was very nice. Clean all around, nice rooms. Overall pretty good. What we think needs improvement is an extra server at the pool bar. It took forever to get any drinks cause they only had one bartender. That poor lady was at it so hard. When we thought she was getting help it was just someone coming to swap out with her then he was on his own. This was a very busy Saturday, there really needs to be 2 out there. Also there's not nearly enough lounge chairs. My husband and I were out there for about an hour..no chairs. Went back to the room for about an hour then went back to the pool, still no chairs. We also spent alot of time waiting on elevators, ALOT. We may go back and stay there again but these are some things I think can be worked on."
