"Staff are friendly and helpful Pools are at a good depth for my kids, which took the worry away of being on the alert. Room was clean and well kept, however I did not like the design of no pricacy locks for the showers and toilets. My kids did not like it either."

"Quiero recomendar este resort porque, en general, tuve una excelente experiencia. La calidad y el servicio fueron muy buenos, y sin duda lo recomiendo. Como sugerencia para mejorar aún más la experiencia, considero que podrían incluir más opciones de entretenimiento y extender el horario de los bares de la piscina. La piscina está disponible las 24 horas, pero los bares cierran a las 6:00 p. m., por lo que sería ideal que permanecieran abiertos durante más tiempo. También quiero destacar el excelente trabajo de varios miembros del personal: * David, del spa * César, del Satsu * Arturo y Aquino, del buffet * Graciela, de Housekeeping * Camila, de la recepción *Enrique del bar del lobby Los chicos de los ejercicios en la picsina no Recuerdo sus nombres !!! Todos fueron demasiado amables, atentos y profesionales. Se nota que realizan su trabajo con mucha dedicación y hacen que la experiencia de los huéspedes sea aún mejor. ¡Muchas gracias a todos por su excelente servicio! Volveré !!!!"

"The beaches were beautiful and everything was lovely; I absolutely loved the place. The only things I didn't really like were the bathroom—which is very small—and the refrigerator, which didn't work. Also, it would be good if they offered more spicy food, because everything was bland, and the tacos were very small and upset my stomach."

"We had a great time and everything was wonderful. The only recommendation is better mattresses. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The food was great. We even had a favorite waitress. She was in the buffet restaurant outside for breakfast and lunch. She was the sweetest and remembered our drink order."
