"The A/C never worked we called the front desk 3 times to let thek know and they never went and fixed it"

"Tv didn't work it would came on and go off! Sink molding cracked, the bathroom door won't lock the striker in wrong position. I will not book thru hotels.com again every time i do i get the worst rooms!! The bed was hard the covers were terrible.. the room location were the worst part. We took our 2 kids and our room was right by the bar and the mens restroom was right across the hall and the pool was at our balcony. So when the kids screaming stopped the drunken men started so we got 2 hours sleep at night and all our luggage was piled up against the doors because the kids were afraid the men were going to try to get in our room!! We haven't went on a vacation for 15 years our 9 year old had never been on one we were so excited. We thought we had this great location and room cost me 2 weeks pay, and it was the worst 😕. Now we probably won't go anywhere for another 10 years!! We got burnt!"

"Nice stay! Nice staff matters! They were really sweet at the front desk because we were delayed check in. I don’t think enough hotels understand how much that matters! Very clean and my son loved the pool. We will be back!"

"Paid a premium to stay in a suite for my birthday. The hotel does not post that there is major construction going on right next to the property. The back up beepers start at 7am and go all day! I got a special room for my birthday and can you imagine they said sorry there’s nothing we can do. Not a free breakfast or anything. I just previously stayed down in Pensacola at another hotel and they checked me in an hour late and felt so bad about it they gave free drinks and late check out and all kinds of perks. Can’t believe this hotel - so disappointed! Do not stay here! Not worth the ocean noise being ruined by construction and the staff not caring on your birthday! "

"Let me start by saying that I have stayed at this property at least 10 times over the last 20 years. This is the first time I have ever been unhappy about our stay here. We had 2 rooms and both of them were disgustingly dirty. There was sand in all 4 beds, black mold in both bathrooms and cockroaches in one of the rooms. The area by the pool was dirty and full of cigarette and cigar butts around the fire pit. Unless some serious changes are made, we will not return!"

"Meh. For the price, I was expecting a nicer hotel. The location is great with great views of the beach and the sound. But I was underwhelmed by the room, the parking situation, and the overall feel of the hotel. "

"Everything was very nice, clean, and new. The only problem was the price. The hotel is not on the beach, and it isn’t even the summer, it’s barely April, yet the cost was over $250! For one night! The cost should’ve been at least $100 less. We will not stay at this location again. Too expensive!"
