"We stayed there a couple of years ago and really like the location. The hotel is nice in its look and you expect to have therefore nice services. We were served drinks in plastic cups at the bar. For $35.00 dollars we had martini's in plastic cups. Really!!! Also, there we were inadequate plugs in the room. The rooms were really really long walk to the elevator and despite this fact, while there was a elevator that the bell hop let us use the first day, we could not use it further. "

"The hotel was great. Bourbon st. And all the french quarter are right there. We didnt have to drive anywhere, its all within walking distance. They also helped us book trips to the plantations, city tour, and cruise on the Mississippi. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Could have used another blanket on the bed, but if we had asked im sure they would have given us another blanket. We would definitely stay here again. The room was quiet and enjoyed everything about the trip."

"This property is right on the beach, at a quiet end of the strip. Very close to pier park. The rooms are dated but clean and large. If updated would be 5 stars. There is no floor to floor ice makers, or breakfast but there is an ice box you can buy bags of ice and a fridge in the room. Overall we really enjoyed it for what we paid. Parking is the only real issue at this hotel and you have to pay a resort fee that doesn’t really cover anything resort like."

"Amazing! From check in to valet parking and room service! Plus the room with Gulf view was incredible! Evan at the front desk was super nice! Definitely worth 5 stars! "

"We chose this expecting a Hilton and was gravely disappointed. My list... there was mold in our shower and shower curtain, the rugs were torn throughout the room, our tub didn't drain, the bathroom door was swollen and handle broken so we got trapped in the bathroom every time we used it, the main door on the other hand wouldn't close unless we slammed it. Our coffee machine was broken, the replacement was just dropped off in our room but the broken one was left connected. Front desk acted sooooo surprised with all the complaints. We were there 2 nights, 2 days. on the second day we went for breakfast with a very limited menu. turns out they were shutting down to remodel. This was NOWHERE to be mentioned yet they charged FULL PRICE comparable to the other Hilton one block over. We went to check out UTampa and this was the worst hotel experience! Gross"
