"First our room had a very strong sent of bleach after the second day the smell was gone. In certain areas of the hotel towards the far ends of the hallway, you can smell the musty mildew. They use diffusers with a great sent I can only imagine to cover the musty mildew smell. The staff is awesome; the amenities are great. I will have to look into other hotels in the same area to see if they are compatible to this hotel for our next visit."

"We were in room 205 and the only problem I found was a foul odor coming from the drain in the shower and the floor of the shower was not properly pitched so water would constantly flood the bathroom"

"Facilities were good but needs a good cleaning and painting. Our room was clean and nice. Only issue was screaming kids and babies with yelling adults at the kids. I don’t think young kids should be allowed at a casino. This is not a family place in my opinion."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and recently updated. The beach and pools week amazing. The included breakfast was excellent. We'll definitely be staying again if we're in the Fort Myers Beach area."

"I’ve stayed at this property three times in the past ten years. My how things have changed since my last stay. I will not be returning to this property. If you have young children who like to fish, swim and have fun, seek accommodations elsewhere. In the past you could fish and swim in the ocean on the property. They now have no fishing and no swimming signs posted everywhere. It’s kind of funny because I didn't see any of those signs on Expedia’s website. Not so funny when you paid almost...
