"All in all, we had a great stay! the location of the property is perfect and the beach was so nice. The staff was very kind and helpful (contrary to their sister property next door)! We especially loved the lady who does breakfast and coffee in the morning by the front desk, she definitely put a smile on everyone's face! We tried 3 of the restaurants onsite (RumFish Grill, the pizzeria at the other property and Gulfside Kitchen) and the food and service were really good too! The hotel itself...

"Cleanliness of the room was not as expected, the bath tub had hair that were not cleaned and the shampoo and body wash were not refilled, empty bottles. The pool didn’t get cleaned for all 6 days we stayed there and sometimes was not pleasant when bunches of hair or bugs came close while we were in the pool"
