"The feel of a high class hotel at a moderate price. The way staff greeted us to the service at the rooftop bar was superb! The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Can't beat the parking and location! Literally 1 block walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Will stay there again while in the area! Highly recommended!"

Das erfährt man beim Front Desk, wenn man sich gewundert hat, dass am nächsten Tag die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht und auch keine frischen Handtücher da sind. Also, haben wir das Housekeepingfür den nächsten Tag bestellt. Leider ist diese auch nicht gekommen, trotz Anfrage. Wir hatten sozusagen drei Tage lang keine gemachten Betten, es wurde nicht geputzt und Handtücher gewechselt. Diese hat man sich dann immer selbst am Front Desk...

"I tried to cancel a few hours after booking, but because I booked the same day, the employee told me I could not cancel. So, I checked in, while he listened to music on his earpods. As everyone said, the walls really are almost paper-thin. You can hear every single word of the television show that the person next to you is watching. So, you can bet that whoever is in the room over can also hear any conversation you might be having. I couldn't see the surrounding area well because I arrived late...

"The room was just as I expected it. It was nice, quiet, clean and spacious. Just steps away from bourbon street without the noise. The front door kitties are nice. The staff are super helpful and nice as well. The only drawback was my hubby is 6'5" and he had to duck some in the bathroom and shower. That is the nature of older buildings though."

"The room that I was given was too small. For the price that was paid for being on the beach, the room is expected to be an average size. This was not. Also, the walls are paper thin, literally. You could hear EVERY MOVEMENT AND WORD that was said from outside and adjoining rooms. Recommendation is a last resort. "

Staff are very accommodating and well trained with experience how to address the questions and very helpful Joveonna, Rene, Nicole except Ronnie who seems to have the bad hair day for 2 days with stern face and short answer. She needs to be trained that this the reputable work place and she is not at home."

"For our stay, the breakfast was not included, but when we ate there, the food was delicious (especially the creamy grits) and the service was fast and courteous. We had a couple of minor issues with the TV and the phone in the room (the phone wouldn't have mattered except that I was calling about the TV), but someone came up right away and got the TV going. "Primary A/c did not blow cold. Got trapped in one of the elevators 3 times. The carpet should be vacuumed daily, my white socks instantly turned black. The room overall was in relatively decent shape, could definitely use some love though. The staff were all friendly and the outside of the property was maintained well."
