"My review is against Charlotte the “manager” I brought up the pet fee as it’s specified on the website as per stay per night but, I was charge per dog. She mention changing the verbiage & adjusting the fee. However, she charge me the full amount. She didn’t provided a receipt. Just un-trust worthy. "I am e budget traveler. I look for value. That means that sometimes I get a great deal and other times I don't. This was a mixed bag. The receptionist was great. The room was older. There was a big bug in my room, but hey, this is Texas and that will happen. It's no longer in that room."

"Parking was easy, right outside the room. The room was tiny but wonderful and really nice for what it was. AC kept the room comfortable and is extremely quiet. Great communication from the staff about the only issue with the tv but beyond their control. Definitely will book again when we go back to Panacea. "
