"Rooms are NOT cleaned every day, even though the part we stayed in is a "hotel." You can ask for the vacuum to clean the room yourself. Must ask for towels and new bedding if you want it. There were a few bugs in the room. Very few amenities are included, even though this is called a resort and you have to pay fees. "False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend"
