First, the check in process. Both ladies working were extremely polite and professional, but had to give me 4 different pin #s to open the door before it worked. Second, when we got in there the couch had stains all over and there were chicken wing bones in the kitchen sink. Thirdly, the bathroom sink was clogged. To fix it the pulled a large cluster of hair out of the drain and disposed of it right next to the sink. We ultimately checked out a day early due to the cleanliness issues.

Tried to use the pullout coach, when we did there was a worm of some sort inside the bed. The bubble ceiling was literally falling down in the bathroom and well as having either mold or mildew, it was black. Needed towels and some trash bags, apparently they don’t deliver to your room, made you go dow to the 1st to get them and then they had to go elsewhere to get them. Supposed to be smoke free, numerous time there were smelling cigarette smoke along with POT blowing right into our room, hard to keep the door open. I told the front and they said they would do something, must not have as it kept happening. Hot tub was out of service which was a huge disappointment. Staff were fine. The view of course was great but you could easily get that from a lot of the other hotels near this one.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy beach access also! Pool was kept clean and the kids loved it! Room was very clean and everything was up to date! We will be back!! Highly recommend!!

The view is lovely here. As a family of 6, we only stayed one night, and I probably wouldn’t stay more than that with a group our size. It was as expected, though, so I have no complaints. The property is dated and a bit dirty, but it is a spacious alternative to a regular hotel for a good price. We would stay here again, knowing that we wouldn’t stay more than a few days.

The bed and kitchen were great. Bathroom needed area at sink for items. The ceiling fan in bedroom was wobbling and made noise. Rooms r pretty noisey. Staff was nice beach view great. Butt overall good stay.

The property location was great! Direct access to the beach was definitely a plus. Both pool and hot tub were clean even though I didn’t get to use them. The bed was comfortable and the balcony faced the beach which was great for sitting and reading/meditating/relaxing. While the kitchen has been updated, the space would be much more delightful with updated furniture. Overall we enjoyed

No closet for hanging clothes except for in the utility closet. Had to live out of suitcases as there were no dressers. Shower had no water pressure so it took a while to get a shower. Took our shoes off when we got in our room and our socks actually got filthy so the floors were not mopped after last people. Would not use again.

Rental was clean w a great view. Bathroom was tiny w no room for the two doors it had - couldn’t even open them fully. Coffee pot didn’t work.

We really liked the room on the second floor. I get motion sick and climbing one story was not bad but had to be on medecine because they only had one on the 10th floor that locked. The dishes had left over food in them as we went to use them. The girl at the front desk sent a guy to fix the lock who was rude and cursed at me because i didnt want to watch him spray wd40 on the stuck lock . It was to late. I lost time with my special needs aunt and my dear friend whos just getting over cancer. Those nights we cannot get back. I understand it was labor day .but thats why ppl are on call. I will NEVER USE THESE PHOENIX AGAIN

The suite we had was very basic. Not a single rug anywhere to wipe feet. Very little cooking necessities in the kitchen, so of you plan to cook, bring your own supplies. The view was nice.
