"Good location next to Lottemall and Have Emart big supermarket "

From the moment we exited the taxi we always had atleast 1 staff member within earshot who would tend to our questions/needs. They had multiple staff member on rotation at all stations around the hotel. You'd never see an empty service desk and you didn't have to wait long if at all to be tended to. Our room was...

"One of the most pleasant stays in my experience, a very small hotel that feels more like a home, warm, cozy, welcoming, respectful and helpful... I am so happy"

"Daily cleaning was slow and late in the day. The pool area was only available to use if you paid $130 canadian for 2 hours The location was good and only 5-7 minutes walk to the metro"
