Included breakfast is a choice of 4 different dishes, any of the selections is complete, organic and delicious. The pool was clear for my family and is clean and refreshing on the days we decided to stay due to strong winds at the beach. Staff is corteous and professional, always willing to help and have a smile for you. I have travelled extensively and even in big chain hotels the towels can be questionable, In Santa Luisa the bath towels were very clean and in excellent condition. The room was is an acceptable condition with enough maintenence.

desde que llegamos se noto que el lugar era especial, un hotel cómodo, muy limpio de muy bonita decoración pero lo increíble fue la ubicación aun lado del rio, con un área de alberca super amplia y cómoda, los jardines muy hermosos pero lo mas importante la calidez del servicio de los empleados y la dueña en especial

El cuarto estaba infestado de chinches, en las paredes, en el baño, parece no hacen Haceo ya q al mover las cortinas se encontraban muchas muertas y vivas en el piso, desgraciadamente me di cuenta la ultima noche al mover mi equipaje q estaba infestado. Y para que decirles toda mi familia picoteada con ronchas. El lugar es muy bonito pero no volvería a ir.

Excelente servcio!

Excelente servicio y el desayuno que incluía de muy buen sabor. En algunas ocasiones no nos dejaban toalla para secarse los pies saliendo del baño, ni toalla de manos. Las toallas un poco ásperas, eso sí, nos las cambiaban a diario, lo cual no era necesario para temas de cuidado del medio ambiente.

Todo está súper excelente, los únicos aspectos que cuidaría sería el servicio en restaurante en rapidez por qué la comida está rica. Falta rampas para gente mayor.

El hotel da para mas solo falta organizacio.

Estuvo bien, solo que deben tener mas cuidado en el servicio de cocina, tardan mucho para servir, y no sirven todo completo, el baño no tiene ventilacion el area de la alberca no tiene iluminacion, y tampco servicio de alimentos uno tiene que subir a recepcion a pedir todo. En el area de playa nadie nos atendio, nosotros tuvimos que ir por sillas y la mesa porque las personas que atendian siempre estuvieron en su celular todo el tiempo.
